non web based image verification integration

I am not sure if this is the correct area to ask this question.I am a newbie to java and have been scheduled to work on jcaptcha.I am creating a encryption algorithm software for removable devices.Before the software starts,a password dialog box will pop up and I am going to integrate a java captcha to a password dialog application that i have created.This will prevent bots attack.I have researched the web and all the captcha used are for web based.I need one for the application that i am working on.Please help and thanks
