    Default frame within a frame

    is it possible to link a frame with another frame i.e..when any event occurs in a frame another frame must be loaded into the current frame just as we do in html using hyperlinks .
    plz help me it is important to me.

    No idea what you mean by "another frame must be loaded into the current frame...". Please clarify and show any attempts you've made to solve this.

    A Frame (or JFrame) in Java (Swing) is very much unlike a frame in html. A JSplitPane is more like it (read their API documentation).

    It s not possible to create any sup-class of the window class inside another one... for instance creating 2 JFrame's and adding the one inside the other, as go for the JDialog and JWindow, But not all hope is lost, if you are looking for the Window inside the Window effect I do recommend reading up on this link.
