I did not compile code but design is good and solid

You put border around drawing.
You make antialiasing automaticly
when selected it changes color .....
Also shape is defined by you.
Shape class is already defined automaticly you do not need to define it.
Polygon can create every shape so why Hexagon is defined?
At least I expect you to create raster image(Bitmap of image) then you can perform double precision on it.(But we have high resolution, so it won't matter);
Anti-Aliasing to remove juggies is good but not neccessary.If you want to make it then at least add transparency also opacity.

What if anti-aliasing is not defined. :) you have to make edge detection to detect juggies then get the foregorundColor + backgroundColor and mix them.....
IF you want to go to detail it goes to primitive types to assembly language and definition of image
As a result
it is good program but what if programmer is novice then he/she won't understand the situation. That's why using simple classes is better.
