get text and show it and save it

hi everyone iam emerjency please help me
i am new in java and i want to create a panel that show the text that user entered from keyboard an save or reuse it for example like compose in mail box after user write her text and press a button that text write in text file

Suggestions:

• Most important is to break the big problem into little steps. I suggest that you do this in writing.
• Then try to figure out each step one at a time, sometimes in isolation of the others if it's particularly tricky.
• Then please feel free to come on back with your code if anything doesn't work as expected.
