Dialog boxes closing on EVERY application.

Hi - really bad problem, Every single JFileChooser and dialogue box that I use dissapears after about 3 seconds... But this also happens with:

Tutorials, Programs, applications and games made by other people!

I tried reinstalling Java but the problem persists and I haven't a clue what to do - there are no results on this for Google. In fact the problem actually happens with netbeans - so I cant use it...

If anybody has any ideas...? It is making programming rather hard without dialogue(popup) boxes, I am running windows 7 professional 32 bit.

Try updating your graphics drivers. Also make sure your keyboard hasn't gone defective in a way that churns out an occasional spacebar press as that will activate a focused button in most L&Fs.
