    Default Vertical padding problem

Hello. I'm trying to remove the vertical padding between the top of my JPanel and the top of my custom JButtons.

I've attached a picture of what I'm trying to achieve.

I'm using a flow layout to add my jbuttons.

    Thanks.

I think it would be much easier to help you if you post a small compilable program that demonstrates your problem but has no code present unrelated to your problem. In other words this program would create the most simple of GUI's with a bunch of buttons created in a for loop and held on a JPanel displayed in a JFrame, and none of the buttons would have action listeners, or there be any other code not relevant to the problem at hand. Then we could study your code, run it, modify it, and better help you correct it. This is called creating a Short, Self Contained, Correct (Compilable), Example or SSCCE for short.

    Much luck!
