Default JFrame expanding to fit content

Is it possible to create a JFrame (or JDialog, or any other window component) that will expand to fit its content. Specifically, I'm looking to create a generic dialog box that will take a message and a title and display it to the user in a generic Yes/No type dialog box. If anyone is familiar with ZK (ZK - Direct RIA) I'm trying to mimic the Messagebox.show() functionality using swing.
