JRadioButton

i am creating one swing application in that i am using JRadioButton in one form and that form showing the data into another form. but i have problem for insert a JRadioButton data into database and also for showing it..give me one of the simple example for that. i am using 4 JRadioButton in to one form and give different name for them and also trying group for that..
