Question Trying to use OpenSwing - Gantt

    Hello all,

I'm relatively new to Java, but I'm using the Netbeans IDE to create a Java Desktop Application which interfaces with a MySQL database. So far everything seems to be running just fine, however I'm having trouble with one specific component.

One of the features of this software is to generate a Gantt chart based off of data stored in a MySQL database. I came across the OpenSwing plugin for Netbeans and thought it perfect since one of the objects is a GanttControl object.

However I can't seem to figure out how to use it. It seems like you have to create a GanttRowVO, then use the addRow method to add it into your chart. But I'm not sure how to set the settings (i.e. how long a task is to take, etc), and I keep getting an error when I try to run the project saying that I need to set a "ClientSettings" object (which I can't find).

I'm sure this is due to my inexperience with Java, and would appreciate any help / guidance anyone could offer on this subject. I've searched for tutorials but I can't find any for the OpenSwing framework. Does anyone know how to use the OpenSwing GanttControl object?

    Thanks in advance,
    Cynot
