    Default placing the components

    hi guys,

    I needed to know how to place a component (say a button ) wherever i want in side the container with customized size.
    I am actually trying to write a simple calculator gui.I tried to use GridBagLayout
    with constraints but,...i guess i am missing somewhere...its not working.

    PLease help.
