Default design approach for multi-lingual gui

i have to develop a gui in swing that supports multi-lingual feature. the requirement is that the user should be able to select his language in a panel and from then on all guis in the app apperas in the choosen language. i've already read the Internationalization pages and also implemented a small gui with ResourceBundle but what i'm looking for is a good design approach to accomplish the multi-language requirement. need suggestions.
