Change JFrame taskbar color?

I'm just wondering if there is a way to change the color of the JFrame's taskbar, other than frame.setDefaultLookAndFeelDecorated(false);?

Sorry. The bar at the top of the JFrame. I guess something more along the lines of widgets. The part of the JFrame with the title, closebutton, minimizebutton and maximizebutton.

That's the title bar, and unless you setLookAndFeelDecorated(true) -- not false! -- it belongs to the OS. So the answer to your question is to change the title bar colors using the utility that your OS provides. In Windows, that's under Desktop Properties.
