Default JMenu with Tabs using swing

Hello. I really need help in creating an interface with tabs and a menu bar kinda like this:

    XXX.java2s.com/Tutorial/JavaImages/AddButtonToTabBar.PNG

but without the close button as all i need are tabs. I'm not too sure if i have to create another container. i.e. one for the menubar and one for my tabs. Or would an internal frame work? But i guess using an internal frame i'll have to create another title for that seperate frame.

    Thanks people

    Default

Start with a JFrame, and add a JMenu to that. That will give you a menu bar. Also, add a JTabbedPane. That will give you tabs.
