locking keyboard and mouse

i am developing A security program in which i want to stop the working of keyboard and mose of client system from server end,
than again server can make them enable ,,
plz can u sugges the api or idea to lock the keyboad amd mouse

This is not something Java is very good at doing. I suggest looking into using C++ or similar languages.

I want to add that what you are proposing sounds like a *very* bad idea, even if you are working in a highly regulated corporate environment.

Amen to that. I can just picture my own reaction when I am happily using your product only to find my whole system locked up. The words that would come to mind are not appropriate for this forum.
