    hello friends,

    this is my 1st post to all of u.
    I want to select text from jtext area and wants to change the color using jcolor chooser.
    how i can do it please provide me help:)

    Have you read the API doc for the JTextArea? I do NOT see any way to change the color of selected text with that component. You will have to use a component that has that capability. Perhaps a JEditorPane. Use a Search for coding examples.
