    Default Java Android Project

    Hy,

    For the last 3 months I've studied java.Now, I must make an Android Application.Can someone give me an idee of what should I do,considering that I never made an aplication before ?

    Get an Android book.
    Get in the habit of using standard Java naming conventions!

    Unfortunately, no. I learned from this book, but it's very dated now. (It was dated when I got it, but I didn't know that at the time.)

    Not to discourage you, but Android is a very challenging platform to develop on. You must become familiar with the documentation and discipline yourself to follow every recommendation exactly, or your program will be flaky and may not work at all on newer devices. I had been using Java for fifteen years when I started learning Android, and it still took me a whole year before I considered myself a half-decent Android developer. And I still feel like I've barely scratched the surface of all its complexity.
