You'd have to see if the BBC or any other news organization has an API for you to connect to. Here is a list of BBC's APIs; doesn't look like anything helpful. I doubt any news site would give you complete access to their articles because that is how they make their money. Your other option would be to scrape their websites, but that is highly unstable as any change they make to their page structure destroys your application's ability to read the content.
