Trouble in first example in android

I indeed did the way explained in android dvelopment site but still got a trouble.
When compiling hello world example from he tutorial ,on the avd i created ,nothing happened.Nor even the word android goes out and nothing happened .My example doesnt run yet

I dont know the possible reasons behind this Any help will be Thankfull .

what can i provide more?I mention i did the same thing given here android and follow the same steps,same code and everything similar to what is mention in this site but still if found avd doesnt work well in the sense it doesnt even show its default screen .just "android" was shown on the screen with black background.does environment variables effects?if so tell me how to configure them ?

This works by everyone else. If it doesn't work, you do something wrong. If you do something wrong I can't smell what.

Did you compile the code exactly like in the tutorial? if you did, please write the compiler error or do a screenshot of your work in the IDE in order to get help here.
