    Default Java tools for Hypertext

Hallo from today's new guy again.
Having said, in my first post today, that I am looking for some help in getting two open source hypertext tools operational, namely Silk and Hypertext, I ought to have asked another question.
Is any member a user of any other hypertext tools for web-site content who would care to share recommendations for the tools with me.
I am sure that using hypertext to present content, is one of the key ways of learning how to build and understand one's own knowledge base.
Any links or suggestions anyone can give me would be most welcome.
    Thanks and kind regards, forkinpm.
