Default Jump to a specific Row in XLS (using Hyperlink from another XLS)

We are trying to write customized XLS reports using Apache POI API + Java.

We were able to create Hyperlink in one XLS - High level test results XLS file.
By clicking on this link, the 2nd XLS (contains step-by-step test results/low level results) will be opened.

In the second XLS (Low-level results/step-by-step results file), we have some IDs. Each ID has some (10 or more) test results/steps.
When some ID was failed, if we click on the Hyperlink ( will be shown as "Failed" in the high level results XLS file), the low level results file is opening.

Our aim is - When clicked on the failed Hyperlink in the high level resutls file, we should be navigated to that specific row (where the failed ID was written. (please refer to the LowlevelResults.JPG).
