    Default mp4 video not working in IE9

    I have impremented turtorials in my dashboard, it appears in firefox but IE is having trouble rendering the mp4 so the video isn't working. any one had any idea of what the issue is.
    I am providing snippet of the code.

    I don't see any Java there in there. It looks mostly like HTML and perhaps JavaScript. In any event it looks like an if statement is missing a closing brace.
