I'm considering using JMS in an application I'm developing currently, currently I'm comparing JBoss HornetMQ and Apache ActiveMQ.
Please can you help me with your insight and experience with JMS and what is the best (stability, performance) open source JMS implementation.
Now answers hmmmmm, So I can conclude that no one used JMS in their applications!
Or you can conclude that there is no 'best' implementation among the alternatives you mentioned ...

You can have a look to Joram (JORAM - Home Page), it is a full JMS 1.1 compliant implementation available since 2000.
