Default Communication between Java and PHP through post request

    Hi!

I have a question about Java and I need some help to know what start studying.

I have an application in PHP and need to migrate a part of it for Java.

I wonder if I can do so that my Java application to communicate with the server to PHP via POST.

Through POST I need to send associative arrays and need to send files and return them as well.

I wish someone would help me telling me what libraries should I study to achieve this.

I did some searching and so far can make the communication by sending strings, but I do not know how to make arrays. I did this by working with the Java SE.

Should I use the Java EE?

    Thanks a lot!

If you are in the PHP side you could use curl function from the built in PHP function then calling the servlet in the JAVA side.

    just wanna share.

    Thanks
