Secure Webpage for Logins

Hi Gurus,
I am working on a project to create a secure webpage where people will come in and login. After they login we direct them to our Wiki on our server where they can share information.
The logins will be a database as we will have a limited number of people accessing the webpage and wiki. The wiki is ready but am not too sure how to create the secure webpage with Java. I do not have too much experience with Java. It would be great if I could get some code for securing a web page.
