NetBeans-style Dockable-windows and toolbar?
Question 1:
I want to make a toolbar like the one you find in NetBeans. Not just a JToolBar, but the NetBeans style toolbar which can be multiple toolbars in one, which can be slided around? (Not floated, but moved on the same plane). Is there a class in in the default JDK that can do this? JToolBar can only be floated, but cannot be "slided" around.

Question 2:
You know that fancy windowing system in NetBeans where you can dock windows, and anchor them, etc. Does this feature come with the default JDK? Or is a library specific to NetBeans? (IE, programmed specifically for NetBeans).
