Select multiple files in IE

Hi

I am trying select multiple file using HTML5 its working fine in firefox but IE 7/8 is not supporting.
Please let me know how can i do it in IE also i would like to do it with single input field

Here is the code that i am using
<form action='#' method='post' enctype='multipart/form-data'>
<input name='uploads[]' type=file multiple>
<input type='submit'>
</form>
