XML field in hibernate?
Hey guys
Just fooling around with hibernate and i was wondering if there is a way to store an XML "file" in a hibernate field. What i'm trying to do is have 2 applications exchange messages using a queueing table that would contain columns such as a timeframe, sequence number and the actual XML data. And please don't say just store the path to an xml file and open it that is not what i'm trying to accomplish.
I googled but no answer... I'm guessing i should some kind of BLOB field?
