I am a new learner of J2EE .How and what to begin in j2ee ?

Hi!!!! I am also a beginner of J2EE. I have started almost 2 months ago with JDBC simple concepts to advance(Art of indexing, Connecting pooling etc) and studied J2EE design pattern in pattern in parallel now these days I am studying about Servlets and JSPs. I felt comfortable to start with JDBC.

Hi!!!! I also wanna' share one more thing that J2EE is not a single technology. Its a combination of several technologies like JDBC, JSP and Servlets, EJB, JNDI, RMI, JMS. Its really a wide range and every technology has broader concepts. I suggest you to study in general once and then choose a particular one for your career.

thanks to you for all this helpful data but how do i come to decide what should i choose ?and what should be the first step in this stair of enterprise technology ?thats what i want to know so that i can begin with some specific field

start with java , a very good hold of Java bsic is most required and then move jsp ..learn syntax,scriptlets,tags,expressions,codes and then to servlets , get,post,security ......

You have that bakcwards.
Servlets then JSPs.
That way you avoid people thinking they should be coding everything in JSPs.

Also, since JSPs are built on top of servlets, understanding servlets helps in understanding JSPs.

i think going for servlets is a good option as well.Later on begin with some framework
