Custom events
HI All,
I am working on custom events , if anyone knowns about custom events like how to register an event and how to handles please help me.

Do you mean for how to implement an existing event, or set up your own events for components? Perhaps others will understand what you are looking for, but I need some more clarification. What do you want to do?

Read all about the ProperqyChangeSupport class. It does exactly what you want.

custom events for our own events not for awt , just like if a new row insertesd into a data base table our custom event should take care of it..... Originally Posted by sunde887
