Why does my JAVA application/options flicker like this?
Here's a video of the problem

Sorry if I'm asking in the wrong thread.

That's not how this works. If you want help, you'll have to provide an SSCCE that demonstrates the problem and you'll have to ask a specific question.

I cant? Its just in general any java application that i run flickers like this I'm unable to use the UI as shown in the video. My question is why is it doing this i cant use anything related with java desktop wise because it flickers like this but on browsers i don't have that issue.

Any GUI application does this for you? Or are certain types causing the problem?

Upon watching the video, I don't think this is a Java problem. I don't think that the Java control panel is a Java program itself, is it? Seems like you've got a more general problem.

But what about stuff that doesn't require Java? Because like I said, I don't think that the Java control panel is a Java program itself.
Have you tried uninstalling Java and reinstalling it? Have you tested other programs? How to Ask Questions the Smart Way
