somebody Help me plz

I m creating a login window and connected to database, it perfectly work.
I m use it as startup window, User can't work without login.
there is a problem how can i control the system process for locked down the system, if login successful then after system is open..
Please give me some example about the topic

At least to me, your question seems a bit confusing. Are you asking how to only allow access to people who have a correct username and password?

user can't use computer without correct username or password or also they don't open taskmgr through any way?
