playing a video in a java application using jmf

:(doh):hi guys im trying to play a video in java application using jmf and have loaded and neccesary jar files ,when i run the code i get this error

"Unable to handle format: MPEG, 352x240, FrameRate=29.9, Length=126720"
" Unable to handle format: mpegaudio, 44100.0 Hz, 16-bit, Stereo, LittleEndian, Signed, 28000.0 frame rate, FrameSize=32768 bits"


ive tried different video formats like .avi, .mpg ,.mov but i still get the same error ,could someone pliz help and show me where im missing it
my system is acer aspire5732Z .
64 bit system.
operating system is windows 7 home premium.
im using net beans 6.9.1
