How to create SPML Web Service

So I was asked to look into this for a project. Can't find a whole lot of good examples on this or simple example for me. Oracle has a bunch of stuff, but it's related to their Identify Mangement stuff where they so input info.

Looking for examples to write a Web Service to handle SPML requests to add and update users.

My experience with web services is limited to a simple web service using a WDSL interface.

Any info greatly appreciated.

Finally found the schema for the core functions.

Basically, do I just create a regular WSDL based Web Service and the SPML XSD to define my method names and parameters?

Have you had any luck figuring this out..?? I too am trying to write a SPML web service but cannot find any information on how to correctly do it.
