Convert Word document(.doc) to XML through JAVA

In the mid of my project I have a requirement that I have to convert .doc i,e a word document to XML.

Please give me the source code a.s.a.p so that i can proceed.

Also, whoever you get to do this, I'd recommend providing a more detailed set of requirements...because you'll end up with garbage based on that OP.
