Copy and pasting to Notepad?

I know how to set the contents of a Clipboard and everything regarding that, but how would I paste it into something like Notepad, physically like when you do it on your computer?

I want to make a MSN spammer (for learning purposes) and I want it to paste my clipboard and keep doing it with any typable area I switch it to (if I switch from MSN to Notepad it should still work).

I am not quite sure what you mean. Mind clarifying?

Are you using Toolkit.getSystemClipboard()?

I want to paste the contents of a Clipboard, regardless of the program (so it would do it for Notepad, MSN Messenger, etc.) but you have to be in the window to do it. (like in this text box im writing in to write this post, just anywhere where you can type).

Would it matter if I use the Systedm clipboard or a local clipboard?
