I have 4-5 days free time. Give me some suggestions that what should I make a desktop application in java .

What have you done before? Any specific areas you want to concentrate on? I learned a good amount making a calculator like the one that comes with windows. You can find a lot of great ideas if you google "dream in code Marty", it should find a mega list with plenty of ideas.

I have created more than 15 applications in java.Most of them were easy.Noteworthy applications were "Calender with Reminder","Plagiarism","Restaurant management","Chating soft using server-client[works fine in LAN,didnt tried in server]"

Networking and Multithreading is preferable.

You can try making a LAN based game, may be something like Tic-tac-toe.
