How do I click somewhere on the screen?

Alright, I have looked around for a long time,
can someone please tell me if there is code to make a mouseclick on the screen?

for instance, say i want to make java execute a programe (like a install file) and i want to click on the "next" button without doing anything, how do i tell java to do this? I dont have to click on the button , to be able to click on a X/Y coordinate would also help.

Please.. this must be possible!
