Java license management

Do you guys know any commonly used License management API for Java?

the "padlock license manager" is pretty feature complete. Something of an enterprise grade.

Though ironically it is licensed, by itself. They have a trial version is available though.

We use the EasyLicenser License Manager from Agilis for our Java app. - works well!
