    Default Put hashmap in application scope ?

    hi,
    There is some need to put hashmap in application scope level in STRUTS-2 that can store key value pair available for some search criteria.
    how it can be set a hash map in application scope and retrieve hash map key value pair from application scope for further use.
    have any suggestion just guide me

    Uhm, simply add it and then cast it when you retreive it?
