I am able to send text message using smpp in java, but how to send picture message sms from PC to Mobile.
In which format to send the picture msg.
I want java code to transfer img to any other type..(OTA).
what are setting of UDH - PDU(in SMPP) in Picture sms.
how to set UDH or PDU for Submit.
