Break your problem up into smaller pieces: Displaying links in a JTable is one piece. Detecting when a user clicks a certain cell in the JTable is another. Opening a file is yet another. Each of those pieces can be further broken up into even smaller pieces. When you ask a question, focus on the most specific piece you're stuck on.
