Develop/Design first Database(MySQL) and after HomePage/Subpages or vice versa, since currently I plan develop two Database use, sites:

1. Index of my small town (JSP/MySQL)
2. Store sells Photos and T-Shirts...etc of my small town (CFML/MySQL)

There's a simple part that becomes before the thinking: collecting user requirements. It is fun because that's the opportunity to point those stupid users at their highly inconsistent, inconsequent and incoherent demands ;-)
