urgent help needed for [application-${environment}.properties]

Hi,

I have created signed jars... and created a jsp. In that i hv wirtten the following stmt.
<h1>Charon Test Page</h1>
<a href=http://localhost:8080/projWebstart/web/charon.jnlp>Launch Charon</a>

when i click on the link it loads all the required jars successfully but then it gives the following error

What does this error means?
