    I make it at last, the problem was that the english file was not utf-8, well now the problem is: code runs only till line 3270 rather 3306(=last line), how check end of file in this[put the eof checker in place of "i<3306" in post-14?

    And I guess you are working in command prompt, on Windows operating system.

    Can you write cyrillic characters in your command prompt?
    I don't think that I can show cyrillic character or write it in command prompt without some command.

    Are you using some additional arguments while you compiling it in command prompt?

    problem solved about charset...cyrillic, now left EOF how, see post21...?
