help for sqljdbc

i m new in java programing i ve a project at school i need to make a connection to mssql server 2008. i m using eclipse n 64 bit windows. i ve download sqljdbc driver 3.0 there r 2 files sqljdbc and sqljdbc4 which of them i need to use n where to copy them. i search the internet i did what they write but doesn't work. also there is one more folder which name is auth n there r x86 n x64 folders in it. they ve same file which name is sqljdbc_auth where i need to copy that file too? can anyone help me?????
