Help with a project

Hey everyone I am working on a project where the program has to calculate data from a text file.

The user selects a person from the Jlist and then the program uses the data that was read and calculates it, then the calculated data is placed into text boxes.

How would I do this?

You would create a GUI class with Swing. You create a class that does the file reading and you create a class that controls the events and user actions.
