I want to put the native library in library path in mac os x

i want to put native library path in library path in mac os x
i m new with mac os x
can any body tell me how can i put native library in library path
tell me fast its urgent

wouldn't it be the same kind of setting the java environment variable "java.library.path" and hve its value be the fulll path or relative folder to current working directory when java is started, in mac os x, don't they have forward slashes as path delimiter like BSD and Linux?

so for example, java -Djava.library.path=/my/folder/ ....
