    Default A template Code for all other codes

    Hi there all of you!
    I am a pretty messy person. So I was wondering if there is a Joomla like thingie out there. I rarely use java. I mostly use php/Joomla for web based stuff. But for desktop programming I need Java.
    SO I was wonder like in Joomla or other CMS
    is there something those that make it easier to program.Like template programs that automatically generate basic stuff that most Desktop applications use like main menu,etc,etc.
    Hope you get what I am asking.
