A tip: sample often enough, e.g. if a point moves along the X-axis with a motion sin(x) and you sample at any x = k*PI (k integer) you won't 'see' any motion at all.

ya some thing like that , basically i am looking for any sample code
that can capture video (like cctv) and store it on computer
now in this case:
i am only looking for if any motion get detect then only capturing get occur
can any one plz help me, with any sample example or code
