    100Mb is nothing.
100% cpu implies you're in a loop and simply churning, maybe.
Hard to tell with almost no information.
    What are you actually running?

    It does?
I currently have Eclipse running, and the javaw process is using precisely 0% CPU, which isn't surprising since I'm not actually doing anything in it as I'm typing here instead.

I can write a java app that uses scads of CPU, simply by creating an infinte loop that spins the process...

How are you determining java is using 100% CPU?

Are you sure that you don't have any other instance running hidden. Are you using any IDE for coding? Sometimes NetBeans does that, even you close the IDE the instance holds the java executable.

Which website are you talking about lol. There is no any link posted in any replays, except in my signature. No need to worry about that. Because there is no any related links to your question.
